ISO and other Standards- Our China Factory has the following specifications and certifications on file ISO 9001/ 2000 version certification.

* Year factory started. April 20, 1992

* Capitol Invested $19 Million USD- Expected to increase $10 Million USD by 2008

*Number of Employees: 3800 people working 3 shifts per day 6 days per week. Each garment processing workshop employee only works one shift. 8 Hours per day. With Breaks. No employee is under age 18. Fabric extrusion operates 3 shifts everyday.

*Quality Control Procedures. Staff requirements.
Quality Control Points at the whole production procedure cover the following:
A) All the plastic resin, pigment resin, fabric, filtration film, and all the components related to the garments processing are to be pass through in house QC check before they are moved to the inventory for application;
B) All the products cutting patterns must be validated and filed to the designated resin & pattern number, which match the finished garment sample approved by the customers.
C) All the cutting patterns shall be checked again before releasing for final cutting into production by respective QC personnel.
D) All the cutting fabric pieces to be processed must be double checked by the workshop QC inspector before entering sewing procedures work shop.
E) The in processing QC inspection is a must and the daily random sampling and all records are kept for examination, we keep production records, lot numbers on file.
F) We use a finished product quality inspection record for every product and only the lots passed by this inspection are then allowed to shift to the warehouse for delivery. All the above processing stages set up the file all records are available. (

*QC procedures: We use an “in house” checking process; Full inspection of arriving raw materials. Cutting patterns are audit/check, for sewing stage inspection process; packing check, we are inspecting consistently during the packing phase. Each shipment is QC inspected before loading into the shipping cartons; the production site has 46 technicians. There are 33 individual production processing sections and there is one QC supervisor in each section. Plus 13 QC personnel that work at the factory QC section to monitor all processing sections production & QC details. Seven of which take care of finished products while the other 6 for fabric QC.

*Requirements for workers: All workers comply with: In house “written standards”
For quality management of established procedures. All workers must comply with the manufacturing “procedure” management system. This is a system of rewards and penalties. Our system is a “Keep it clean” standard management system of rewards and penalties. This offers both factory workers and management staff bonus incentives for positive, clean and accurate work. If these goals are not met then fines will be imposed for workers & management who do not comply.

* Number of Workshops: 30 and 18 managerial sections.
6) Size of factory: Size of land area. 20 plus acres. Covering several city blocks. The production site exceeds 53,280 square meters in land area and building area is of 68,000m2

* Packaging quality for export cartons. We use; 3 ply or 5 ply cardboard with imported craft paper outside; the packing details are upon our customer's requests;

*100% vertically integrated manufacture: We have our own extrusion machines “in house”. “We are not converters of material we are not just a “cut and sew operation”
We produce our own fabrics and finished goods.
We use virgin plastic pellet material in our extrusion material processing.

*Our existing production site has 11 extrusion machines, 7 of which make PPSB fabric. 2 machines are for compressed fabric (PP+PE), one for SMS and one for Microporous materials. The other machines will make Microporous, SMS and other materials. These 11 extrusion machines are capable to produce 20,000,000 Tons in kgs. (Kilograms) Of finished goods material.

*We manufacture the following fabrics / materials. Microporous Material (MP) 43 to 65 gram/ m2 , PPSB from 10 gram/m2 to 150gram/m2, CPE film, PPSB+PE coating fabric in different gram weights, MP fabric 43, 50, 60 Gsm. Our machines can make the fabric in width of 1.6 meter, 2.4 meters and 3.2 meters. Equipment. We utilize both Sonic welding equipment, and high-speed production sewing machines.

*Total Factory monthly capacity: We can produce at total capacity up to 160 up to to 180 x 40' Foot High Cube containers each /month. We have 1382 sets of different sewing, processing equipment. We can double our manufacturing capacity by the end of 2007 as necessary. We are able to ship multiple containers weekly and monthly on fast turn around times.

*Finished order delivery times: We deliver and quote to; Wuhan, or Shanghai port after receipt of Purchase orders. 30 to 35 days. (or sooner). We can also quote CIF delivered to your warehouse. Please note- We are not in the ocean shipping or customs brokering business, we are prime manufactures. We can refer your company to qualified shipping lines that offer you full service for; ocean freight and brokering and inland transport, Customs clearance direct to your location warehouses.

*Lead Time. In practice, any new customer’s initial shipment may take a little longer. Because there are a lot of details that need to be taken care such as, pattern cutting, workmanship details, fabric and components quality, packing artwork for printing. We will also send back to customers for FINAL Authorization their "samples" and "packing proofs of their carton and artwork that we printed".
Repeat orders are ready for shipping usually within 25 days after the order is confirmed. This relatively short lead-time results from our vertically integrated manufacturing.

*O.E.M capabilities: If the fabric is available in China, we can process any apparel upon the customer's specification; we only offer private label programs to our customer’s specifications.
